3. The "Keep & Refund" Option
To streamline the process and reduce unnecessary international shipping logistics, we offer a Partial Refund Option:
- If you choose to keep the product despite the fitment issue or minor defect, we will issue a 50% refund of the purchase price.
- This allows you to keep your gear without the hassle and cost of international return shipping.
4. How to Initiate a Request
All claims must be submitted via email to support@chophelmets.com. To ensure a fast resolution, your email must include:

- Clear, high-resolution photographs of the product showing the issue.
- Clear, high-resolution photographs of the packaging/box it arrived in.
Our support team will review your request and provide a response within 24 hours.
5. Final Notes
Please note that items must be in their original condition (excluding the reported defect). We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the provided documentation is insufficient or if the product shows signs of misuse.
