By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. Our services are intended for users who can legally enter into binding contracts.

2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & CUSTOMIZATION

Our custom-painted helmets are artisanal, handcrafted products. Due to the nature of hand-finishing, slight variations in paint texture or detail are expected and reflect the authentic quality of our work.
Technical Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that any custom parts, handlebars, or switches purchased are compatible with their specific vehicle make and model before installation.

3. ORDERS, BILLING & CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is subject to modification or cancellation due to payment verification issues or regional shipping constraints, we will notify you via the email provided during checkout.

4. CUSTOM PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Because our custom helmets are hand-painted upon order, production times are distinct from standard stock items. Shipping windows are estimates and may be subject to international customs clearance, transit delays, or regional carrier logistics beyond our direct control.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to, photography, custom designs, logos, and marketing copy, is the exclusive property of PIG CUSTOM. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright law.

6. SAFETY DISCLAIMER & INDEMNIFICATION

Rider Safety: Our low-profile vintage helmets are designed for aesthetic builds and show use. Operating a motorcycle involves inherent risks. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your gear complies with your local traffic laws and safety certifications (e.g., DOT, ECE, SNELL). You agree to indemnify and hold PIG CUSTOM harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
